dip-dye-neon

i'm not even sure if this is possible but i am going to try!!! i love the hi-slip/deep-v of this easy dress and the neon dip dye at the bottom makes it that much more awesome!!! seriously my list of pre-summer diy's are adding up!!! dress is from A.L.C Resort'12 collection you can see more of it here
